If you are not able to pay online for your ticket with one of the payment services provided, please send an e-mail to finance@plantfwd.com. In this case we can create an invoice for your company and after payment of the invoice a ticket will be provided to you.

No need to panic—your golden ticket is just a few taps away! If you've downloaded and logged into the Plant FWD app, your ticket is under 'MyQR Ticket'. Otherwise, search your inbox for 'Plant FWD QR' or 'Plant FWD app'. Look for emails titled 'Your Ticket for Plant FWD 2025' or 'Plan your visit with the Plant FWD 2025 app', both containing your ticket's QR code. Yes, once you've received your ticket, you can download a tax invoice from your personal ticket page on Eventix by clicking 'Show Receipt'. For other invoicing needs or group purchases of five or more tickets email finance@plantfwd.com.

Sustainability isn’t just on our plate—it’s our main course. We aim to host our conference in the most sustainable way possible, choosing Theater Amsterdam as our venue because it meets our needs without requiring additional transportation or rentals, and it holds a Green Key certification. Additionally, we have a no-goodie bag policy to minimize waste. We have extensive experience with large scale event productions and carefully plan to eliminate food waste. Moreover, 95% of all food served at Plant FWD is plant-based.

To change the name on your ticket, email hello@plantfwd.com with the new attendee's full name, email address, company, and position. Note that tickets cannot be transferred after April 5 at 17:00 hours.

Plant FWD takes place at Theater Amsterdam, located at Danzigerkade 5, Amsterdam. We encourage attendees to use bicycles or public transportation, but parking is also available nearby

Yes, you can park at Minerva Parking, adjacent to Theater Amsterdam, with entrance at Koivistokade/Minervahavenweg (1013AP) in Amsterdam. Rates are €2.50 per half hour or €30 for a full day. Alternatively, Parkeergarage Houthavens is a 6-minute walk away, with the same hourly rate and a daily rate of €35. P+R options like Sloterdijk and Bos en Lommer offer parking at €1 per 24 hours (after 10:00 am), with bus connections to the venue. 

A limited number of disabled parking spaces are available at the theater for holders of a disabled parking card; these cannot be reserved.

A limited number of disabled parking spaces (GPP) are available at the theatre. These parking spaces are only available to holders of a disabled parking card (GPK) and cannot be reserved. Holders of a disabled parking card can park for free in the West district, around Theater Amsterdam.
