Frequently
Asked Questions

Got Questions?
We have the Answers!

Will there be food, or should I pack emergency snacks?

Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered—literally, in deliciousness! All food is included. Throughout the day, you can taste everything from the most indulgent plant-powered chocolate chip cookies to fresh salads and sandwiches for lunch. Coffee, tea, and water are free all day. If you’re craving something extra, other drinks are available for purchase (only cashless payments accepted). Come hungry!

What is the recommended dress code for the event?

Think sharp but comfy—because no one wants to network in a suit that’s tighter than a tofu press. Plant FWD has a business casual dress code, so dress professionally yet comfortably, perfect for a day of networking and discovering the latest plant-forward innovations.

Are there press tickets available?

If you’re keen to dig into the future of food, let’s get you a front-row seat—press tickets available upon request. Please email lisa@plantfwd.com with your details and media affiliation.

I am not able to pay online, how can I buy a ticket?

If you are not able to pay online for your ticket with one of the payment services provided, please send an e-mail to finance@plantfwd.com. In this case we can create an invoice for your company and after payment of the invoice a ticket will be provided to you.

Additionally, we have a no-goodie bag policy to minimize waste. We have extensive experience with large scale event productions and carefully plan to eliminate food waste. Moreover, 95% of all food served at Plant FWD is plant-based.
