At Plant FWD we want to inspire people to discover how delicious plant-based cuisine can be. To make that (not so tasty) word 'protein transition' terribly tasty. And who knows better how to do that than chefs? Chefs let you try new things. They have the culinary and creative skills to turn simple ingredients into mind-blowing dishes.
After a successful debut, Plant FWD Week is returning to Amsterdam for its second edition! From Saturday, April 5 to Saturday, April 12, over 100 local restaurants will serve up a mouthwatering showcase of plant-forward cuisine with their innovative dishes.
So…any plan(t)s for dinner?
