Fay is the Plant-based Product Development Manager at Tesco and has been instrumental in maintaining its market-leading position. Recognised by The Grocer in 2024 as 1 of the top 10 women pioneering the plant-based sector. She works collaboratively with product partners and colleagues, to deliver an innovative, plant led own brand range for Tesco customers. She joined Tesco in 2010 and has been working in the Plant-based space for over 5 years. Creative and constantly curious, she is passionate about making it easy and tasty for customers to eat more plants through the creation of delicious products that are made mindfully and sourced sustainably. With 24 years in the food Industry, including time spent in the US she brings a wealth of knowledge from holding different roles throughout her career in both the manufacturing and retail sector.
