Anke van ‘t Klooster is a creature of habit looking for change: making healthier and sustainable food default. She works as a passionate expert towards a more plant-based future for the Food Transition Coalition (Transitiecoalitie Voedsel) and the Green Protein Alliance. Anke collaborates closely with supermarkets, foodservice companies, producers and NGO’s, drawing from her previous experience in global Foods R&D at Unilever and the sustainable purchasing team at Lidl Netherlands. She also uses her food system understanding and strategic capabilities as board member of the Slow Food Youth Network (SFYN).
